Each action—model interactions, document ingestions, and audio briefs—consumes credits. Credits reset every month, and unused credits roll over for one additional month.

How do space visibility settings work?
A private space means only the creator can access it. It won’t be visible to anyone else, even if they have the link.
When a space is marked public, it becomes viewable by anyone who has the link. However, to view it you need to have a Latcher account.
Is my data private?
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your documents remain encrypted at rest, are processed in isolated runtime containers, and are never used to train our models. Latcher is also SOC 2 Type 2 compliant.

All processing happens in secure, isolated containers. Your data never leaves our secure infrastructure and is never used for model training or shared with third parties.
